1. How much I have to pay as a monthly rent for accommodation?
Ans: - It is depending upon the institution and its location you have chosen. You can fill up the enquiry form for accurate information.
2. How can I avail your post landing and airport pick-up services?
Ans:- You can contact one of our offices, phone us or fill up the enquiry form. You have to book your bed after paying two month advance (one month rent and one month security).
3. Is this advance refundable?
Ans:- Yes, if your visa declines, after presenting your visa declining proof, it is fully refundable. Prior to one month advance notice from the commencement of the course, after that it is non–refundable.
4. What will happen if I want to change my college and need accommodation nearby my new college?
Ans:- In case of transfer, we will transfer you to the nearest location free of cost and payment will be adjusted accordingly, if we are not providing over services for that particular location, your balance will be issued by Cheque. Balance will be calculated on monthly basis, not on per day basis.
5. What are the benefits if I choose stulinks?
Ans:- Stulinks provide you full package of all post landing services like free airport pickup, account opening, telephone connection and concessional services like apply for work permits and filling for pr after studies etc. etc.
6. Is there are any separate arrangements for girls students?
Ans:- Yes.
7. Can you accept cash?
Ans:- No, we accept only bank draft on the name of "Stulinks Canada" payable at Canada or wire transfer. If someone pay cash, company stand no responsibility, we discourage cash payments.
8. How do I find out if I can work while studying in Canada?

9. Can I work in Canada while I'm attending college?
Ans:- Yes, you are allowed to work on campus while you are studying. You may also be eligible for a off-campus work permit after studying full-time for 6 months with a minimum GPA average of 2.0. You can also apply for a work permit if your program of study has a (co-operative education option). After you complete your program you are eligible for a one year post graduation employment authorization if you find a job related to your program of study within 3 months.
10. Can stulinks assist us in getting us a job?
Ans:- Yes, we are assisting stulinks students only according to their eligibility.
11. What happens if I move in and decide that accommodation provided isn’t for me?
Ans:- Your $500 deposit will be forefitted and untill the room is filled with another student you have to pay the rented accommodation fees. Please read the conditions on the Room and Dining Agreement carefully.
12. What happens if I do not like my roommate if I am in a suite?
Ans:- The Resident Assistants provide mediation if you have a problem with your suite-mate. If the situation continues to deteriorate the individuals meet with the Residence Life Co-ordinator. If the situation is considered untenable, we will make every effort to relocate you but it is conditional on availability.
